Ian El-Mokadem - Founder and Director
Ian founded Roegate in 2019 and brings thirty years of business experience to Roegate's clients. After seven years in consulting, Ian has spent the bulk of his career leading, growing and transforming large, multi-site international service businesses.
Ian has worked in both public listed and private equity owned businesses. He thrives in challenging situations involving either turnarounds or significant business transformations. He brings extensive experience of building organic growth momentum, establishing and leading buy and build strategies and reengineering operating models to deliver efficiency and margin improvement. He has led exits, including a listing on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange and has overseen countless acquisitions and disposals.
Since establishing Roegate, the business has quickly established a reputation for working with some of the world's leading private equity firms. In addition to leading Roegate, Ian also works as a Non-Executive Director.
